General Billing Terms
By placing an order through My Kitchen Warehouse, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, payment method, and billing address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and [any additional payment options like Klarna or Affirm if you offer them].

Authorization

Billing Timing

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without contacting us first to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation to the issuing bank or payment processor to support the validity of the charge.

Order Cancellation
