Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Mon–Fri) are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.
Processing times may vary slightly depending on supplier inventory and order volume.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the supplier’s location, product size, weight, and delivery destination.
We work with reliable national and regional carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value, product dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping eligibility will be automatically applied at checkout when ordering qualifying products from these brands.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to activate, as updates may depend on the supplier and carrier.
Freight Deliveries (Large Items)
For large appliances and heavy items:

Delivery will be scheduled in advance by the freight carrier.

Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise noted.

Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, inform the freight crew before they leave so they can return it for replacement at no extra charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.
Please carefully verify all delivery details before submitting your order.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States.
We may offer international shipping in the future.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work directly with the supplier to initiate a claim and coordinate a replacement or refund as needed.
